Saxapahaw Rivermill Apartments and Townhomes include expansive 1, 2, and 3 bedroom rental spaces in Saxapahaw’s Historic Cotton Mill. Each Apartment or Townhome ranging from approximately 600 square feet to over 1600 square feet has its own unique architectural details and custom features. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom lofts and apartments are available in the Main Mill as well as 1, 2, and 3 bedroom Townhouses in the Boiler Shed, Cotton Shed, Opening Room, and Machine Shop. Each Loft, Apartment or Townhome has its own unique architectural details and custom features. All units are energy efficient and come with ceiling fans, sunshades, dishwasher and individual washer and dryer.
